RESTAURANT MANAGER

 

Salary commensurate with performance and experience

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

Male or Female

 

Must be 35 Years old and above

 

Must have 4-5 years experience supervising cooks in a high traffic kitchen

 

Experience working abroad is an advantage

 

Knowledge in commercial pizza making

 

Must have good communication and leadership skills

 

Basic computer and MS Office program knowledge is an advantage

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

1. Oversee the day to day operation of the kitchen and restaurant

 

2. Knowledge of health hazards relating to food preparation and service and does precautionary measure to avoid the hazards.

 

3. Prepares international cuisine and the use and care of dishes, kitchen utensils and commercial kitchen equipments.

 

4. Plan, assign and supervise the works of the restaurant and kitchen staff.

 

5. Motivate and establish and maintain effective working relationships among employees and provide excellent quality of food and customer service at all times.

 

6. Do advance stock requisition, rotation and control.

 

7. Adept in food costing and cost control.
